Its made with either plain short or long plectrum earing, colour is up to your own choice and paired with a stud. Additonal 'assesories' may depend. Colour for stud may subject to availability (:

3. Plectrum Necklace $5.50

For this, you may choose your preferred coloured plectrum. Take note that the colour and brand may subject to availability. You can opt for a 'double plectrum' necklace as shown, paired with a name of less than 5 characters. However designs are only availabe in white and black but still looks good on your neck though and very popular (:
